Hi friend,

We said version 4.1 was a big update, but GeoBlazor 4.2 is a SMALL update, as in HALF THE PACKAGE SIZE!!! Try it out for significantly faster builds and load times. We hope you enjoy the increased productivity!

We're also moving towards using the newer ArcGIS MapComponents (web components) as the underlying structure for our maps and widgets. This should be a back-end change, with little or no impact on your code, but it sets us up to replace the currently deprecated ArcGIS widgets in the near future. In 4.2, we begin this journey by rebuilding MapView on top of the base Map Component.

Since web components are designed to be encapsulated, we also took this opportunity to move the "theme" from the link tags in the HTML head to be a property on MapView: Mapview.Theme. See the Core release notes for the full details.
